We are offering 7 days free trial, the user can test our app free of charge, If, for any reason, after the payment, the application you receive does not meet your expectations, please contact us, we will try to meet your expectations and guidance

Activation license

Activation license may be refunded subject to the following conditions:

• A yearly subscription will only be refunded if the request is received within 14 days of the purchase date.
• A lifetime license will only be refunded if the request is received within 30 days of the purchase date. 
• Any disputes opened for legitimate license purchases after the money-back guarantee period is over will result in a suspended license until the dispute is resolved

Submitting a return/refund request

Please submit a to request a refund send us an email to info@ottechnology.ca . Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. You will need to uninstall our application from tv or set top box before we issue the refund.

If you purchased the activation from one of our authorized resellers or affiliates, then you must contact that company to process your return. We can only accept returns for product purchased directly from Ottechnology website.
