We provide a 7-day free trial so you can test the app, check compatibility with your device and try your own playlists before purchasing a license. Please use the trial to make sure OTT+ Player Pro meets your needs.

No refunds after activation

Once your paid license has been activated in the app, the purchase is final and no refund will be issued, except where required by applicable law. This applies to both annual and lifetime licenses, including plans for one or two devices. Uninstalling the app or choosing to stop using it after activation does not make the purchase eligible for a refund.

Media player only

OTT+ Player Pro is a media player only. Your purchase covers the app license, not channels, movies, series, playlists or content subscriptions. Please test your own content during the free trial. We do not supply or control third-party content or services.

Questions before activation or technical help

If you have not activated your license and need help with your purchase, or if you experience a technical issue, contact info@ottechnology.ca with your order number and a description of the issue. Requests made before activation will be reviewed individually; contacting support does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Purchases through a reseller

If you purchased your license from a reseller, contact that seller directly for purchase-related assistance.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
