Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 17, 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to the OTT+ Player Pro website at ottplus.net, our application, and licenses purchased from us. In these terms, OTT+ Player Pro is referred to as (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read these terms before using the application or purchasing a license, and retain a copy with your order confirmation.
1. A media player only
OTT+ Player Pro does not include TV channels, movies, series, playlists, or streaming subscriptions. Your payment is for a software license that unlocks the player’s features under your selected plan. It does not purchase access to third-party content or give you permission to view copyrighted material.
You supply your own compatible playlists or media from sources you are authorized to use. Program images, posters, and playback demonstrations on our website illustrate the application and are not an offer to supply that content. We do not sell or provide third-party content subscriptions.
2. Accepting these terms
By using our services or accepting these terms at checkout, you agree to the terms that apply to your use or purchase. You must have the legal capacity to enter into the agreement, or use the service with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for that use. If you do not agree, do not purchase a license or use the service.
3. Seven-day free trial and compatibility
We provide a seven-day free trial so you can test the player on your device with your own sources before purchasing. Check installation, navigation, playback, and any features that matter to you during the trial. Purchasing a license does not add content or fix an unavailable playlist, an unsupported media format, or a third-party service problem.
Compatibility and available features may differ by device, operating system, app version, and content source. The Android APK offered on our Download page is intended for Android TV, compatible Android TV boxes, and Amazon Fire TV; it is not compatible with mobile phones or tablets. Check the requirements for the version you intend to install.
4. License duration and device allowance
A license gives you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the application for personal, lawful use within the duration and device allowance purchased. The software is licensed, not sold. The plan description and order confirmation identify your entitlement.
- Annual license: access for the one-year term and device allowance stated in your purchase. Continued access after that term requires a valid renewal or new entitlement. Any recurring billing arrangement must be expressly disclosed and accepted at checkout.
- Lifetime license: the purchased license has no annual expiry or annual renewal fee. It applies to the device allowance purchased; it is not an unlimited-device license or a content subscription.
- Device limits: a one-device plan permits one registered device; a two-device plan permits up to two registered devices. Where a two-device plan provides one key, use that same key within its two-device allowance.
Keep your activation key private. Do not publish, resell, or distribute it without our permission, or bypass device limits. Contact support before replacing a registered device, transferring an activation, or purchasing a replacement key because of an activation error. A device reset or reinstallation does not increase your device allowance.
5. Orders, payment, and delivery
Review the selected plan, quantity, currency, taxes, applicable fees, and total shown at checkout before paying. Provide a correct email address so we can deliver your order information and activation key. Payment methods are those available at checkout; payment providers may apply their own terms.
After payment confirmation and successful license issuance, your key is made available through the order confirmation and customer email. Processing or email delivery may occasionally be delayed. If payment has been taken but no key arrives, check your spam folder and contact us with your order number rather than purchasing again. We will investigate missing keys, duplicate charges, and incorrect entitlements.
6. Activation, cancellations, and refunds
Use the seven-day trial before buying. Once a paid license has been activated in the app, we do not offer discretionary refunds, except where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy. This applies to annual and lifetime licenses. Uninstalling the app, no longer using it, or lacking a working third-party playlist does not by itself create eligibility for a discretionary refund.
If the license has not been activated, contact us with your order number; requests are reviewed individually. A support request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy provides further details. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory cancellation rights, legal warranties, or remedies for a defective, misdescribed, or undelivered service.
7. Your playlists and lawful use
You are responsible for having the permissions required to access and use the media and playlist URLs you provide. Do not use the player to infringe copyright, bypass access restrictions unlawfully, distribute illegal material, or violate another person’s rights. An OTT+ Player Pro license is not evidence that a content provider is authorized.
Use your device’s upload code only for a device you own or are authorized to manage. Keep playlist credentials and device identifiers confidential. Providing a playlist to the application does not transfer ownership of it to us; it permits the technical handling needed to provide the functionality you request, subject to our Privacy Policy.
8. Account and service security
Provide accurate account and purchase details, protect your login information, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You must not manipulate activation checks, interfere with our systems, introduce malware, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access. Copying, modifying, or reverse engineering our software is prohibited except where applicable law permits it.
9. Third-party services and availability
Playback depends on factors that may be outside our control, including your internet connection, device, operating system, and content provider. We cannot promise that a particular third-party stream, playlist, guide, or service will remain available or compatible. Contact your content provider about its content or subscription; contact us about the player or your license.
Maintenance, updates, or technical incidents may temporarily interrupt the website, activation checks, or application features. We will take reasonable steps to address issues within our control. A temporary verification failure does not itself change a lifetime license into an expired annual license. If the app unexpectedly asks for a new key, restart it and contact support if the issue persists.
10. Intellectual property
Our application, website design, branding, and original materials belong to us or our licensors. Your license does not transfer ownership or authorize you to redistribute the software, use our branding to imply endorsement, or sell licenses without authorization. Third-party trademarks and media remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful use, a material breach of these terms, or a security threat. Where appropriate and legally required, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Urgent security measures may be taken immediately. Any refund, notice, or other remedy required by law remains available.
12. Responsibility and consumer rights
We are responsible for our obligations under your purchase agreement and applicable law. We do not guarantee the availability or quality of content supplied by independent third parties. To the extent legally permitted, we are not responsible for indirect business losses arising from use of a personal-use license or for failures caused solely by services outside our control.
No provision excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable legal warranties and protections for consumers. These terms do not require you to waive access to courts, statutory remedies, or rights that cannot be waived.
13. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. We may send transactional messages necessary to fulfill your order, deliver a key, respond to support requests, or communicate important service information. These messages do not constitute consent to unrelated marketing.
14. Purchases through other sellers
If you purchase through an app store or reseller, contact that seller about its payment, invoice, or refund process. The seller’s applicable purchase terms and mandatory consumer law apply. No seller may promise that our player license includes channels or third-party content on our behalf. We can assist with player-related issues where we can verify your entitlement.
15. Updates to these terms and applicable law
We may update these terms and will identify the revision date. Changes apply prospectively, with any notice or consent required by law. Updating this page does not retroactively reduce the duration or device entitlement of an existing purchase. Prices and plans for future purchases may change.
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to mandatory protections available where you live. Disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
