OTT+ Player Pro lets you play your own media sources. To get started, you need a playlist URL or compatible portal login details from a source you are authorized to access. The player does not supply playlists, channels, movies, or series.
Choose your setup method
You can upload a playlist through the website using the upload code shown on your device, or enter your portal address, username, and password directly in the app. Choose the method that matches the details your source provides.
Keep your playlist URL and password private. Some playlist links contain credentials, so avoid posting them in public screenshots or comments.
Upload through the website
- Open OTT+ Player Pro on your TV or streaming device.
- Select Upload on the welcome screen and note the upload code displayed by that device.
- On your phone or computer, open the Upload Playlist page. You can also follow the QR code shown in the app.
- Enter the displayed upload code and your playlist URL in the form. Check that the URL is complete and has no leading or trailing spaces.
- Submit the form and wait for confirmation.
- Return to the same device and select Reload Playlist or follow the on-screen prompt to load your list.
Use the code from the device you are setting up. Do not substitute your activation key: that key enables the license, while the upload code identifies where to send the playlist.
Enter portal details directly in the app
If your source gives you a portal address, username, and password, choose the corresponding login option in the app. Enter each item into its own field and check the spelling, punctuation, and letter case. Follow the app prompts to load your list.
If you only have a playlist URL, do not guess separate portal credentials. Ask your source which connection method its service supports.
If the playlist does not appear
- Confirm that you submitted the upload code currently shown on the intended device.
- Check the playlist URL for missing characters or extra spaces.
- Reload the playlist and make sure the device is connected to the internet.
- If the list loads but individual items fail, ask your content source whether those items are available and whether your access is active.
For an upload error that continues, contact us with the exact error, your device model, and the identifier shown in the app. We can help investigate the player setup; we cannot supply or renew a third-party content subscription.
